Fees and Insurance: Dr. Libby asks that you pay her directly. At the end of each month, she provides a statement that can be attached to an insurance claim form so that you can be reimbursed in accordance with the schedule of your plan. Dr. Libby believes that therapy is a contract between you and her. She maintains that the two of you, and not a third party representing your insurance provider, can best determine the optimal treatment plan. Consequently, Dr. Libby does not participate in managed care plans and is not an “in network” provider.
